Protect. Nurture. Educate. These tenants drive the work that founder Sameerah Saadiq and her team at Ali-Wali Child Care Center are doing to provide quality education and care to Detroit children from zero to 12. The early learning center, located at 12845 Conant in Detroit, has a formal curriculum that prioritizes STEM, Arabic, gardening/botany, Quranic studies, sign language, and more.
In 2016, Al-Wali was awarded a $10,000 Motor City Match grant to open the space and get much-needed educational tools for the city’s only Islamic-focused childcare center. She attributes much of the success of Al-Wali to Motor City Match, No only due to the funding boost but also technical assistance.
As part of their comprehensive COVID-19 Procedure Plan, Al-Wali offers programs that feature both in-person and virtual learning, staggered entry, mandatory wellness checks, mask-wearing, and other protective measures to ensure the safety of every child and staff member.
We celebrate Ali-Wali Child Care Center this Black History Month and everyday. Learn more about Ali-Wali Child Care Center at alwalicenter.com.
Hello, I appreciate this engaging article! Personally, I find writing to be quite a challenge, which is why I lean towards seeking professional assistance. Lately, I came across resident statement that can accommodate even urgent requests and ensure on-time delivery. Their papers exhibit excellent quality, and the pricing is quite affordable.
