Light Up Livernois

Light Up Livernois, presented by the Independent Business Association Detroit Community Development Corporation (IBA Detroit CDC), will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022. IBA’s Light Up Livernois event takes place along Livernois Avenue between Six and Eight Mile Roads. IBA’s organizing members will present open studios, a runway fashion show, and creative art installations amid a backdrop of eateries, music, and independent businesses along Livernois Avenue during the outdoor festival. In addition to showcasing Detroit’s artists, the event serves to attract thousands of visitors and patrons to the business, salons, restaurants, and retailers along the avenue. Amazon joins Light Up Livernois, Detroit Fashion, Art, and Design Festival, as the Title Sponsor. Amazon’s support helps shine light on the city’s creative class of fashion, visual, and fine art talent while attracting business traffic to the Livernois merchant corridor. The Michigan Chronicle and BLAC Magazine will serve as 2022 media sponsors.
